Poolia AB is proud to partner with Walraven in their search for an exceptional Administrative Manager for Nordic Operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a global leader in innovative fixing solutions for the building industry and contribute to their continued success.

About the Role

This position is part of the Nordic headquarter in Hyllie/Malmö and focuses on managing product-related master data, supporting business operations, and assisting with office administration. You will work closely with a professional and dedicated team on a Nordic and European level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and updating product data in national and customer PIM databases.
  • Managing internal PIM database (Compano).
  • Supporting sustainability-related data and administrative tasks.
  • Overseeing office operations and ensuring a smooth work environment.
  • Managing office facilities, supplies, and liaising with vendors.
  • Organizing documents and maintaining digital records.
  • Planning and coordinating office events and meetings.
  • Providing PA support to the Managing Director and Management Team.
  • Validating and translating marketing materials from AI-generated texts or internal sources.
  • Managing LinkedIn content calendar and coordinating posts.
  • Coordinating customer marketing activities and ensuring alignment with sales and product teams.
  • Oversight of publication of articles in industry-specific media.

Successful candidates should possess a strong background in office coordination, administration, or similar roles, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish or Danish and English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with PIM systems and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (ERP, Power BI) are beneficial, as is prior experience in the building industry.
