Conversion Growth Strategist

We're seeking a D2C Conversion Manager to join our central D2C team in Europe APACMEA. This team focuses on developing new routes to market for profitable growth.
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering and scaling conversion drivers to steer business growth across D2C channels. You'll work closely with the CRO Manager and Product Managers to ensure the CRO Roadmap prioritizes clear and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the D2C conversion expert, driving E-commerce channel growth
- Identify conversion blockers and prioritize areas of improvement through the shopping funnel
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize the conversion funnel, utilizing historical data, current trends, and predictive analytics
- Drive a rapid test-and-learn cadence for rolling out data-driven conversion strategies
- Contribute to D2C Personalization strategy from an analytical and optimization perspective
- Support reporting on key metrics and aspects of the E-commerce channel
- Support Product Decisions, ensuring new features have a positive impact on conversion
- Bachelor's degree in business/marketing, computer science/information systems or similar
- 3-5 years relevant work experience
- Previous experience driving conversion optimization and e-commerce sales
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Advanced knowledge in web analytics and usability tools like GA and ContentSquare, as well as business analytics platforms like Power BI, Qlik Sense or Google Data Studio
- Experience with web experimentation platforms like Optimizely and Dynamic Yield is a plus
- Fluent in English (additional languages are considered a merit)
