Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Partnership Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal to driving sales growth and customer success.

You will be responsible for establishing strategic objectives for our sales partners, ensuring they meet or exceed their sales goals. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to drive revenue growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strategic and tactical objectives for the sales partner to reach or exceed their sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain a relevant territory plan in accordance with company guidelines for each partner.
  • Break down strategic goals into operationally measurable sub-goals.
  • Ensure progress and ownership of set operational goals.
  • Measure and follow up on operational KPIs such as current sales pipeline, lead-to-deal conversion rate, and average lead time from lead to deal.
  • Ensure the sales partner has access to relevant training and information channels.
