We are now looking for an Employee Experience Manager to support our fast-growing scale-up in Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing processes and ways of working to support people-related tasks in conjunction with the Chief People & Culture Officer.

You will work closely with the wider People Community across markets to develop best practice and learnings. You will also act as a proactive sparring partner for employees and managers at our Swedish offices in Stockholm and Helsingborg/Markaryd, in all People-related topics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support managers in achieving employee-related KPIs such as leadership margins, absences, turnover, diversity, development cycles.
  • Continuously look at ways we can improve People admin processes.
  • Responsible for working with, updating and maintaining the HRIS.
  • In conjunction with the Chief People & Culture Officer, develop our benefits offering and support in the management of such schemes.
  • Partnering with the external payroll provider in order to smoothly run the monthly pay-cycle.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in fast-growing scaleups with a large portion of uncertainty in combination of high ambitions and goals.
  • Experience of developing, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing a range of People working and employment practices.
  • Familiarity with tools like Personio, MBTI, Hogans Inventory is a plus.
  • Skilled in creating an open and transparent communication with stakeholders across diverse locations.
