ServiceNow Solutions Developer

As a key member of our team at WSP, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions that align with our company's strategic vision. Your expertise will be instrumental in collaborating with customers, business analysts, and team members to comprehend business needs and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement consulting and technical methodologies around the ServiceNow platform, working closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration.
  2. Develop custom ServiceNow applications using modern web technologies, leveraging your knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end methodologies.
  3. Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows, ensuring efficient process automation.
  4. Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems/applications via APIs, expanding our capabilities and enhancing user experience.
  5. Rapidly prototype new solutions to demonstrate ServiceNow capabilities to our stakeholders, driving innovation and growth.
  6. Design, configure, develop, and test custom ServiceNow forms, tables, and workflows based on business requirements, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  7. Support the team responsible for the implementation and administration of the ServiceNow installation, including managing system configurations, gathering, and documenting user and process requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  2. 10+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on ServiceNow.
  3. Proven expertise in HTML5, JAVA, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
  4. Ability to build reports, dashboards, and homepages with ServiceNow or similar technologies.
  5. Administration of a ServiceNow instance, including delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, and updates of all other existing solutions.
  6. Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through REST APIs.
  7. Experience with the ServiceNow Studio IDE and Workflow Editor.
  8. ITIL Foundations certification is a plus.
