Turner & Townsend: A Leader in Contract Management


We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering successful projects and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and administer contracts, including cost estimates and procurement activities.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and write procurement reports.
  • Estimate and cost plan, including producing and presenting the final cost plan.
  • Tender and procurement activity, including managing the pre-qualification stage and producing the tender list.
  • Take responsibility for timely and accurate cost checks and valuations.
  • Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present them to the client.
  • Interface with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
  • Participate effectively in post-contract cost variances and the change control process.
  • Perform cost risk analysis and provide input into value engineering.
  • Maintain central feedback and learning on cost estimating from prospects and projects.

Requirements:



  • A minimum of 5 years of experience within construction, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, or pharma-type projects.
  • Good knowledge of all methods of construction and procurement.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and understanding complex installation, supply, consulting services, and construction contracts.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiating, project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proven abilities in influencing internal and external parties, managing risk, and optimizing costs through innovation.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Swedish and English language skills.
