Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from preparation and negotiation to administration and final account.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective cost estimation and planning strategies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
  • Managing tendering and procurement activities, including pre-qualification stages, tender analysis, and contractual document compilation.
  • Coordinating with clients and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintaining central feedback and learning on cost estimating best practices and contributing to their update.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience within construction, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or pharma type of projects.
  • Good knowledge of all methods of construction and procurement.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex installation, supply, consulting services, and construction contracts.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiating, project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to influence internal and external parties, manage risk, and optimize costs through innovation.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
