We are seeking a highly experienced HRBP with a Master's degree in an HR-related field and at least 10 years of experience in a similar role from a reputable organization.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive the implementation of HR processes to support business objectives and enhance employee engagement.
  2. Participate in defining long-term business objectives and HR priorities to align with global business strategies.
  3. Provide consulting support and advice on HR policy and process to achieve long-term objectives.
  4. Lead change management initiatives, supporting leaders, staff, and HR colleagues in implementing new initiatives and driving behavioral change.
  5. Ensure compliance with legislation and HR policies, and adherence to Occupational Health & Safety and compliance standards.
  6. Organize, staff, skill, and direct the area of responsibility, guiding, motivating, and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.
