Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead a team in recruiting Selling Partners across multiple product categories, ensuring we meet the needs of our customers in Sweden and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of up to 4 Account Managers to achieve financial targets related to Seller Recruitment and Account Management.
  • Dedicate up to 50% of your time to personal Selling Partner recruitment and business development.
  • Drive business growth and meet financial objectives for Amazon's third-party offerings in selected categories.
  • Identify and implement scalable solutions to enhance the Marketplace experience for all sellers.
  • Collaborate with global teams to share insights and best practices, identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover the root causes of team performance and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Work closely with Category teams to pinpoint specific growth opportunities and present findings during monthly business reviews.
  • Manage projects aimed at enhancing customer and seller experiences, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field; postgraduate education is advantageous.
  • 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, product management, or sales management.
  • Proven track record in people management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in advanced Excel and database analysis.
  • Ability to lead successful projects across various levels of decision-making.
  • Experience in solving analytical challenges, either professionally or academically.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
  • Highly organized and results-driven.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Swedish or another Nordic language.
  • High academic achievement; an MBA from a top-tier institution is highly regarded.
  • Experience collaborating with legal, product, and internal business teams to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Creative mindset with a proactive approach to advocating for customer needs.
  • Experience in retail or technology/eCommerce sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
