As an Account Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.

You will be responsible for delivering personalized account management, identifying customer needs, and aligning solutions from our extensive product portfolio. By positioning us as the preferred supplier, you will support customers in achieving their goals while driving mutual success across multiple product categories.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Foster collaboration with internal sales teams, suppliers, and support functions to deploy our products effectively
  • Gather insights, ensure data accuracy, and maintain customer confidentiality using tools like Salesforce
  • Take ownership of customer commercial terms and pricing agreements within governance guidelines

To succeed in this role, you will require experience of working in a similar position, ideally within a multi-channel B2B environment. You should have MRO, OEM, and/or mechanical, electronic product knowledge and industry awareness, as well as fluency in Swedish and communicative English.
