About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Mediatool World W AB. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Full Sales Cycle Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate and convert leads, manage complex sales cycles, and collaborate with our Marketing and Business Development teams to stimulate market interest.
  2. Strategic Sales Initiation: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  3. CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer relationship management data, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
  4. Multi-Channel Prospecting: Utilize a range of sales channels to engage with potential customers, including phone, email, and social media.
  5. Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, working closely with our Customer Success team to ensure optimal client satisfaction and retention.
  6. Marketing Collaboration: Participate in marketing activities and contribute innovative ideas to enhance team effectiveness and drive business growth.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or MarTech.
  2. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to sell to C-suite stakeholders and drive revenue growth.
  3. Bilingual: Strong communication skills in German and English.
  4. Educational Background: University degree or equivalent, with a basic understanding of marketing fundamentals.
  5. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI, and other relevant tools.
  6. Sales Methodologies: Comfortable with solution selling methodologies like Meddic, Gap, or equivalent.
  7. SaaS experience: Preferably having worked with the Winning by Design framework, Revenue Architecture.
