About the Job:
The Strategic Planning Manager for Consumer Tires will play a crucial role in leading our short-midterm business planning process in Europe North. This position requires a strong understanding of the industry, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex data into key insights and actionable options.
As the local ABP Process owner, you will be responsible for providing the aggregated view of all moving elements and arguments for decision making at country and hub leadership level. Your primary focus will be on driving a 50/50 balanced country demand forecast creation by providing fact-based sales assumptions and risks and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the short-midterm business planning process, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to drive sales plan sufficiency.
- Implement Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business- and/or economics-related sciences or comparable qualification.
- 5 years business experience with proven cross-functional experience in Sales, Demand Planning, Sales Operations, Supply Chain and/or MRI.
- Strong business acumen and in-depth understanding of the industry by market, channels and segments.
