Join us in shaping the future of Telefire in Europe We are hiring an experienced Presales Consultant to play a key role in our team. As a Nordic Presales Consultant, you will merge technical expertise with customer-oriented skills to achieve successful sales outcomes and maximize customer satisfaction.
About the PositionBased in the Stockholm Metropolitan Area, you will have the opportunity to meet customers across the Nordics and contribute to our rapid growth. You will work closely with our sales team to provide technical presale support, including customer meetings, data collection, and site visits.
As the main technical contact for customers throughout the Nordics, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions through Telefire's academy to familiarize clients with our product lineup. You will also collaborate with consultants, designers, and specialists in PSIM, IBMS and fire detection to define project specifications, ensure product compatibility, and identify opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to showcase the benefits of our PSIM, IBMS, and Fire Detection solutions. You will also draft detailed Scopes of Work (SOW) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) aligned with customer requirements, ensuring proposals are thorough and accurate.
