
Business Development Representative

The Virtual Account Executive is a sales professional focused on actively seeking out and developing new customers and opportunities. This role involves proactively contacting existing clients to maximize business potential – active upsell/cross-sell. You will also engage with new leads provided by the Operations Team, maximizing MQL conversion into real opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acquiring new logo business and building a strong pipeline.
- Generating new sales leads and opportunities.
- Aquiring and developing own customer portfolio – direct touch with end users is a requirement.
- Maintaining and building account relationships.
Other Responsibilities
In addition to the above, the Virtual Account Executive will manage day-to-day client meetings, maintain all information about customers, including contact information and call reports, accurately and timely in CRM (Salesforce). They will also manage jobs from quotation stage to booking in line with client expectations and communicate effectively any service issues.
