Sales Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Development Specialist to join our team in Sweden. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to identify, analyze, and prospect new customers while providing ongoing service to existing customers.

  2. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.

  3. Provide clinical support in the operating room as needed and advise medical and surgical professionals on product use during demonstrations.

  4. Prepare orders for interested customers and ensure customer service levels are best in class.

  5. Participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to expand your knowledge and identify potential new customers.

  6. Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

About You:

  1. You have demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare or related.

  2. Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.

  3. You hold a diploma/degree, preferably in fields such as business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, healthcare, or technical careers.

  4. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish are required.

  5. You hold a valid driver's license, as this position involves regular customer visits.
