- Minimum 3 years' experience in business solution management and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of commercial solutions, sales processes, and project execution methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and build strong relationships.
- Proven track record of delivering solutions that meet customer requirements and drive business growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English and strong presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to take ownership and responsibility for solution delivery.
