Franchise Growth Expert

Key Responsibilities- Work closely with existing franchise partners to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored roadmaps for success.
- Analyze market trends and franchise performance to inform data-driven strategies and support the team in execution.
- Provide expert guidance to partners on optimizing business operations and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Expansion/Retail Team to support signings and project approvals.
- Contribute to the development of growth playbooks, goals, and budgets per partner.
- Evaluate business cases to ensure they are well-researched and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new partners into the group.
- Manage project timelines and key deliverables for new partners, ensuring timely delivery across teams and functions within Franchise.
- Help resolve problems and challenges faced by new partners during their integration into the group.
- Establish clear working procedures with partners, including shared resources, templates, and documentation.
- Support the Head of New Markets and Head of Franchise in analyzing and reviewing new partner or market opportunities.
- This may involve business case analysis, market due diligence, partner due diligence, competitor mapping, and other tasks.
- Contribute to the integration of new partners into the business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance to partners.
- Act as a liaison between the Global Retail Team and partners to facilitate the exchange of information on format development and new ways of working.
- Support Portfolio Brands when necessary to assess opportunities and evaluate new partners or markets.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from franchise partners and the Head of Global Franchise.
This role offers training and exposure to various aspects of the Franchise Team, focusing on developing younger talent. You will be coached by senior team members and gain experience in different areas, including:
- Franchise contracts and deal structures
- Negotiations
- Digital platforms (.com, Market Places, App)
- Controlling
- Business case and analytics
- Leadership
This position is based in Stockholm and requires strong communication skills and adaptability.
