Role Overview

BDRs form the foundation of our go-to-market strategy and are an integral part of the Atlar DNA. We're looking for self-motivated teammates with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for selling to accelerate our growth as we scale rapidly.

Your Responsibilities

  • Hunt and qualify leads to build sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach.

  • Qualify prospects through consultative selling while leveraging MEDDICC criteria to grow the top of the sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns.

  • Research companies and add prospects to our outbound list.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback and insights that help shape product development and improve targeting and messaging.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence.

  • A high level of comfort with sales, prospecting, and marketing tools & processes.

  • Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis.

  • A deep interest in understanding business challenges.

  • A sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Native or equivalent proficiency in German, French, or Spanish.

  • Prior experience with customer-facing and/or sales roles.

  • Prior CRM experience (preferably Hubspot).

  • Experience with financial services.

  • Experience at a high-growth startup.
