About the Role

Naty is a leading brand within Humble group since 2021, offering premium FMCG products that are better for the body and the planet. We are seeking a Global Sales Manager with a strong commercial mindset to drive sales and margin growth.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products reach their highest potential on the global market. Your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing all aspects of sales development.

The ideal candidate will have an international mindset, a commercial approach, and be willing to work collaboratively as part of a small organization striving to grow and improve both in terms of market presence and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive business growth, focusing on expanding distribution channels and negotiating customer contracts to ensure competitive positioning and customer satisfaction.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships across all distribution channels to strengthen key business relationships and drive business growth.
  • Scale Business Operations: Expand our presence in existing and new retailers, widening distribution channels and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Analyze market trends, pricing, and competition to develop effective market strategies, optimize promotional spend, and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews: Lead quarterly business reviews to assess market performance, proactively adapt strategies as needed, and represent our brand at events and conferences.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Masters Degree: Master's degree in economics or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience from a similar position, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • International Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales and sales management, particularly in the FMCG sector; experience in personal care is a plus.
  • Fluency in English: Fluency in English is required.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate diverse cross-functional teams.
