Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Development and implementation of analytical methods for mAb and ADC products, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaboration with junior scientists, providing guidance and mentorship to support their growth and development.
  • Training and education on analytical techniques and equipment, ensuring seamless integration into our processes.
  • Representing our team in internal and external meetings, effectively communicating our capabilities and expertise.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving our analytical methods, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or biotechnology.
  • PhD degree in a related field, with a strong background in chromatographic analytical methods.
  • Post-Doc or equivalent industrial experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
