Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our employees, developing and implementing HR strategies, and managing the whole HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to employees on HR-related matters.">
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organisation's goals.">
• Responsible for all recruitment and onboarding within the organisation.">
• Provide reports to senior managers and directors.">
• Design, implement, and improve staff engagement initiatives and activities across the business.">
• Work closely with senior management and line managers, advising across all levels.">
• Maintain the HR system.">
• General HR administration.">
• Deal with both complex and non-complex employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinaries, and dismissals.">
• Ensure all company policies and employee handbooks are up to date and in line with current employment law legislation.">
• Implement, communicate, and manage all rewards & benefits schemes across the business.">
• Assist in learning and development activities.">
• Performance management and appraisals.">

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a CIPD Level 3 qualification and experience in a HR Officer/Advisor capacity. Ideally, they will have experience working in a manufacturing or logistics environment, although this is not essential.
