The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer at Nordiska, you will be a technical leader and a key contributor to our system architecture, complex feature development, and code quality. You will work closely with the Tech Lead and Lead Engineer to set technical standards and ensure that the team's output is robust, scalable, and secure. Beyond technical contributions, you will mentor mid-level and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering roles
• A track record of delivering high-quality solutions for complex challenges
• Experience working with event-driven systems and familiarity with concepts like event sourcing, CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation), and message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus)
• Proficiency in C# and .NET
• Proven experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Nice to Have

• Experience working within Azure
• Familiarity with technologies like React, Typescript, Node.js, Next.js, and GraphQl
• Knowledge about AI frameworks and MLOps
• Prior work experience in the financial sector
