About the Position

In this exciting role, you will be a key player at Site Stockvik. You will thrive in a developing environment surrounded by a great team. Your responsibilities will include managing the production unit by providing competence regarding production, productivity, quality control, and process safety.

The Surfactants plant is a key global asset for the manufacturing of fatty amines, a necessary ingredient in so-called Surfactants. These products are used in various industries such as hygiene products, detergents, asphalt, emulsifiers, flotating agents in the mining industry, impregnation agents, agricultural chemicals, and cosmetics.

  • Responsible for the Surfactants production units and continuously improve productivity, HSE performance and quality performance.
  • Member of the site management team, contributing to the formulation of site objectives from a production perspective.
  • Leading an operational excellence agenda by coaching & teaching functional excellence in all areas.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
