Job Overview

We are looking for a Production Manager who will lead our operations at Site Stockvik. As a key member of the site management team, you will contribute to the formulation of site objectives from a production perspective.

Your responsibilities will include managing the production unit, leading an operational excellence agenda, and developing individual team members. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving digitalization projects within production and process industry.

  • Manage human resources including but not limited to succession planning and identify talents with growth potential.
  • Walk the talk by living the Nouryon values and working across functions and departments to drive the overall strategy for improved and leading performance within Health, Safety, Environment and Security.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record in operations or integrated supply chain from process industry, extensive knowledge about health, safety, work environment and security, and knowledge and experience in LEAN and Continuous Improvement.
