About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled HR professional to lead our HR team and deliver company-wide HR solutions. As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for HR-related duties, including recruitment coordination, termination management, and daily people operations activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead Hasselblad HR team in localizing HR initiatives and programs aligned with the Global strategy and legal compliance.
- Liaise with HQ team and support management with HR solutions.
- Manage employee relations matters by identifying problems and driving solutions.
- Assess and execute talent management approach through career development, engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related majors.
- At least 3 years of practical local HR experience.
- Bilingual in Swedish and Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiar with Sweden Labor Law, Regulations, and Union Negotiation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly skilled at time management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to take initiatives and be proactive and confident.
