About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our HR team in Hasselburg. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering company-wide HR solutions and managing daily people operations activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with HQ team and support management with HR solutions, ensuring alignment with the Global strategy and legal compliance.
  • Manage employee relations matters by identifying problems and driving solutions.
  • Assess and execute talent management approach through career development, engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Recruitment coordination and termination management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of practical local HR experience.
  • Bilingual in Swedish and Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Sweden Labor Law, Regulations, and Union Negotiation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly skilled at time management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
