Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to support our Technology Department in Gothenburg, Sweden. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in providing impactful HR support in a dynamic tech environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary HR point of contact for the tech organization, offering guidance on a wide range of HR topics in day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborating closely with managers to ensure alignment on business goals and HR strategies.
  • Working with the HR team and stakeholders to drive both operational and strategic initiatives, ensuring the seamless integration of annual HR processes, including Performance Management, Rewards & Compensation, Talent Retention, Onboarding, and Offboarding.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international setting.
  • A proven track record of delivering HR support, with strong knowledge of Swedish labor law.
  • Excellent skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
