Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support users' incidents based on criticality criteria.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and digitalization journey by starting activities to increase delivery quality.
  • Support the design, documentation, and management of the local network.
Your Team

Our team is responsible for two sites: Köping (Powertrain) and Flen (Circular Operations). We support business-critical equipment and solutions, and the implementation of global products and projects. This gives us the opportunity for a great global network.

What We're Looking For
  • Be a people person with good interpersonal communication skills to work in collaboration with others.
  • Have 3-4 years of experience with end-user support for Windows and Linux environments, and IT equipment maintenance.
  • Contribute to local and global initiatives and projects.
  • Proven experience working with network design, documentation, and management.
  • Be able to work outside business hours, as required.
  • Advanced English, both written and spoken.
  • ITIL V4 certification is a plus.
