Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Investment & Asset Manager for our Scandinavia team, reporting to Magnus Lundin, Investment Director Scandinavia. The role involves supporting the business development of our portfolio companies in the Nordic countries, including commercial and funding strategies, and sourcing innovative cases for investment decision.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex venture capital transactions and projects, with experience in working with entrepreneurs and start-ups business models. They will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for innovation, cleantech, and entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities- Capture and develop business opportunities for InnoEnergy and prepare decision documents for evaluation in the Investment Committees.
- Participate in the InnoEnergy Investment Committees to present and defend new cases.
- Lead the negotiation of investment cases, following the guidelines of IC resolutions and in collaboration with the Thematic Field leader and Portfolio Manager.
- Manage the equity evolution of each asset of the sub-portfolio under responsibility and report on a constant basis to the corporate team.
- Monetize the value of the portfolio, leading or participating in the planning and execution of exits in cooperation with the InnoEnergy team.
- A proven track record in managing complex venture capital transactions and projects.
- Proficient in corporate finance, venture capital, and business creation.
- Experience in working with entrepreneurs and start-ups business models.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A passion for innovation, cleantech, and entrepreneurship.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish.
