About the Role
As a Customer Account Manager - Finance, you will play a key role in managing customer relationships and ensuring timely payment of SaaS licenses and consultancy fees. This is an exciting opportunity to join our finance department and contribute to our continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Billing customers for software licenses and consulting services
- Managing customer accounts and information in our subscription billing system
- Supporting the Revenue Controller in reviewing and approving customer contracts
- Dealing with customer queries regarding invoiced fees and related information
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A customer-centric approach with excellent communication and numeracy skills
- Experience working with large sets of financial data and a proactive attitude
- Highly motivated and able to work independently with a good eye for detail
- A natural curiosity and desire to improve processes and contribute to team success
