About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our Customer Success team as a German-speaking representative. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service and support our customers in achieving their business goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • You'll handle customer inquiries and concerns related to business loan applications.
  • You'll work closely with our Underwriting Team to prepare tailored loan offers.
  • In due time, you'll take ownership of loan underwriting.
  • You'll develop a long-term relationship with our customers by providing personalized service and guidance on business loan repayments.

Requirements
To excel in this position, you should have:
  • A strong communication skill set and ability to build trust with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and sales techniques.
  • Excellent language skills in German and English.
