Employer Value Proposition Manager

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at the SEB group, you'll play a critical role in attracting, recruiting, and engaging top talent through effective employer branding strategies. With a strong focus on building meaningful relationships with our HR team and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll drive data-driven decision-making and reporting to inform our overall employer branding agenda.
Job DescriptionWe're seeking a seasoned professional with strong experience in talent acquisition to join our employer branding team. In this role, you'll work closely with our HR team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on tactical plans. Your analytical expertise will drive data-driven decision-making and reporting, while your strategic mindset will inform our overall employer branding agenda.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute employer branding strategies for one of our divisions, translating people needs into compelling employer value propositions.
- Work closely with the division's HR team to build meaningful relationships and provide expert guidance on employer branding related matters.
- Collaborate with the employer branding team to deliver on tactical plans, sometimes as a project manager and sometimes as a coordinator.
- Manage Employer Branding budgets and build partnerships with relevant schools, networks, and conferences.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in talent acquisition (5+ years) with a proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment campaigns.
- A team player mindset with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical expertise in data-driven decision-making and reporting.
- University degree within HR, communications, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience from working with employer branding in the financial industry and/or in large organizations is highly valued.
