The Role

As a First Line Customer Support Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers speaking German or English.

You'll handle incoming inquiries, solve technical questions, and provide consistent support to our international customer base.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide first-line technical support via phone and email.
  2. Use troubleshooting skills and resources to resolve customer issues.
  3. Report defects and follow up as needed.
  4. Evaluate cases and escalate when necessary.
  5. Develop strong relationships with internal departments and communicate effectively at all levels.
