The Job Description

This position involves providing top-notch technical support to international customers via phone and email in German and English.

Proficiency in both languages is crucial for success.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality support to customers across various channels.
  2. Use advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve customer issues.
  3. Document defects and follow up on findings to ensure successful resolution.
  4. Decide when to escalate complex issues to RnD and Second Line teams.
  5. Foster strong relationships with internal departments and communicate effectively at all levels.
  6. Share product and customer knowledge with other departments as needed.
