Swedish-Speaking Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swedish-Speaking Customer Success Manager to join our team at Flowbox. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for driving product adoption, demonstrating value, and empowering brands to achieve their marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our platform.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on how to get the most out of our platform.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement client success strategies.
- Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Native-level fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English.
- 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Proven track record of driving client success and growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
