About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swedish-Speaking Customer Success Manager to join our team at Flowbox. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for driving product adoption, demonstrating value, and empowering brands to achieve their marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our platform.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients on how to get the most out of our platform.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement client success strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Native-level fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English.
  • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of driving client success and growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
