About the Role

We are seeking a strong relationship-builder to join our customer success team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our other team members and interact directly with our customers, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Helping onboard and support our customers
  • Building strong relationships with our partners
  • Providing 2nd line support to our partners
  • Working as a pre-collection agent on a part-time basis
  • Developing and improving ways of working with customer satisfaction
  • Structuring your own work and helping develop our processes
  • Helping our customers use Mynt at full potential, with everything from integrations, best practices, to training opportunities
  • Assisting in onboarding new colleagues

Qualifications

  • Experience within sales or technical customer support from the SaaS industry
  • Experience from the Bank or Fintech industry
  • A hobby 'tech-savvy' person
  • A great team player
  • Fluent in Swedish & English
