About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Senior Sales Associate to join our team at our Stockholm store. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our international concept business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that each customer has a unique and memorable experience, tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's overall success.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve high levels of sales and service, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
  • Brand Representation: Reflect the values and standards of Georg Jensen, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Minimum one year of experience in a similar sales role, preferably with luxury brands.
  • Language Skills: Business proficiency in Swedish and English.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook and Teams.
  • Education: Possibly a student at CBS or similar.
