We're Normative AB, a leading provider of science-based carbon accounting software and tailored advice from net-zero experts. Our goal is to empower companies to reduce their carbon footprint and accelerate the transition to a net-zero world.

We're seeking an experienced Sales Team Member to join our growing team in Stockholm. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers across the Nordic region, identifying and qualifying leads, building customer trust, and driving business growth.

About the Role:

You will partner with our customers to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored solutions that address their specific needs. You'll be responsible for managing a pipeline of opportunities and driving deals to completion, working toward ambitious targets, managing your pipeline effectively, and closing deals that contribute to our growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or a similar role in the B2B sales environment, preferably in SaaS companies
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. You embrace change, learn quickly, and think on your feet as needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & native Swedish or Danish with the ability to engage in dynamic conversations
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, including MEDDIC
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • Tech-savviness - you're comfortable with technology and can quickly learn new software and tools
  • A passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact on the world
