Purpose

The Strategic Sales role is essential for driving revenue growth, building key partnerships, expanding market reach, and gaining competitive advantage in the digital payments landscape.

As a Strategic Sales professional, you will focus on new sales with existing customers and approaching new ones, leveraging IDEMIA's digital services in payments and metal cards.

Key Missions

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify high-value opportunities, negotiate complex deals, and maximize sales potential.
  2. Establish strategic partnerships with key clients, vendors, and industry players, leading to long-term business relationships.
  3. Focus on strategic sales initiatives, allowing the company to reach new markets, tap into different customer segments, and expand its reach beyond traditional boundaries.
  4. Support the company in staying ahead of competitors by being proactive in identifying market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to bring innovative solutions to the market, meeting customer demands and staying ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in Financial Institutions, bank industry, or Fintech, payment scheme.
  2. Fluent in English and Swedish; another Nordic language an asset.
  3. University degree or equivalent job experience in a field related to the role.
  4. Proactive approach, action-oriented, self-driven.
  5. Excellent understanding of the payment industry.
  6. Good understanding of payment technology.
  7. Location Requirement: Candidate must be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
