About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in Stockholm. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the midsize private sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.
  2. Candidate Identification: Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  3. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Sweden.
  4. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and revenue expansion.
  5. Teamwork: Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure cohesive growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferred;
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, good communication skills;
  • Customer-service oriented, taking a client-centric approach to every interaction;
  • Comfortable interacting frequently with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Collaborative and ready for a challenge;
