Uppdrag
  • Leda vår designgrupp och arbeta strategiskt och affärsnära tillsammans med nyckelpersoner i organisationen.
  • Utveckla bankens designförmåga och se till att förutsättningar att arbeta med design i banken är rätt.
  • Arbeta tillsammans med andra ledare för att utmana och förverkliga bankens strategi med fokus på både affär- och kundnytta.
  • Stödja och coacha andra designers och arbeta med kompetensutveckling för vårt designteam.
  • Bidra till att fortsätta bygga upp ett strukturerat arbetssätt kring design i organisationen och säkerställa att arbetssättet fungerar väl med andra arbetssätt.
  • Skapa inspirerande och konkreta strategier och visioner för design i banken.
  • Arbeta som talesperson för design i banken och verka för nya innovativa arbetssätt och nya sätt att arbeta.
Krav
  • Relevant akademisk utbildning inom området.
  • Minst 8 års erfarenhet av att arbeta med UX-design och tjänstedesign i ledande roller.
  • God ledaregenskaper och förmåga att samarbeta med andra ledare i banken.
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda och driva strategiskt designarbete som går över team, avdelningar, produktområden och kanaler.
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att coacha och leda andra designers hands on.
  • Proaktivitet och förmåga att identifiera förbättringsområden och initiera arbete kring dessa.
  • Integritet kring metoder och arbetssätt som du tror på, samtidigt som du kan vara pragmatisk när det krävs.
  • Starka ledaregenskaper och förmåga att arbeta med komplexa problem och förändringsarbete.
  • Erfarenhet av agilt arbetssätt och meriterande om det är inom ramverket SAFe.
