Commercial Operations Director

As a Senior Sales Manager at Mogotel Hotel Group, you will have the opportunity to unlock your potential and take your career to the next level. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, building close working relationships with key decision makers, and analyzing market data and trends to inform decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading a team of sales professionals.
- Developing and executing sales plans and strategies.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, including corporate accounts, MICE, and travel agencies.
- Preparing price offers, facilitating contract preparation, and finalizing agreements.
- Position located on-site at our hotel in Stockholm.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using Opera/Fidelio PMS and other hospitality software.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
