As a Portfolio Growth and Evolution Specialist at Carlsberg Group, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends and consumer insights to refine and adapt brand strategies in a dynamic industry.

You will oversee impactful marketing campaigns, product innovations, and activations to strengthen our market position while identifying new opportunities to refresh and expand our product portfolio. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives seamlessly.

We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual with a university degree in Business Management or a related field. You have proven experience (2-4 years) in brand building, communication strategies, and brand innovation, ideally within the beverage or FMCG sector.

To succeed in this role, you need to have experience in managing and driving projects, with a strong sense of ownership, allowing you to independently develop and move the category forward. You are a strong communicator fluent in English and Swedish both written and verbal, with excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working with a product and project portfolio of moderate complexity
  • Managing the marketing budget for owned brands, delivering results aligned with the business P&L
