As a Recruitment Business Partner, you'll play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients' hiring managers and senior stakeholders. Your expertise in traditional and innovative sourcing techniques will help us deliver exceptional results.
">About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Recruitment Business Partner. You'll work closely with our client services and delivery leaders to create and execute client hiring plans. Your strong relationship management skills and ability to analyze data will drive great delivery and advocacy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain productive relationships with clients and hiring managers
- Create and execute client hiring plans with client services and delivery leaders
- Analyze client needs and recommend solutions through formal presentations and written proposals
- Ensure deep knowledge and insight into workforce plans and customer project expectations
- Manage Hiring Manager expectations and take briefs positively
- Collate insights and put together sourcing/attraction plans off the back of analysis
- Be a true partner to the client hiring community by bringing market research and insights to conversations
- Attend client meetings, reviews, and pitches
Requirements:
We're looking for an accomplished recruitment specialist with experience working in a proactive resourcing environment. This could be in RPO, an outsourced model, consultancy, or in-house. You'll have successfully delivered significant client hiring projects with multiple stakeholders, volumes of vacancies, or project value.
You'll be a confident, highly responsive communicator who can positively challenge and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office packages, CRM, and ATS technology is also required.
Ideally, you'll have experience recruiting in Automotive, Technical, or Commercial sectors, with a strong attention to detail to identify operational efficiencies.
