
Senior Customer Success Professional

At TN Sweden, we are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team in Uppsala. This role is responsible for maximising net retention and expansion on a portfolio of strategic customers by delivering the Customer Success Programme.
Key Responsibilities- Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for existing strategic customers.
- Delivering the Kaisa Customer Success Programme to key stakeholders and ensuring adoption of the product suite.
- Maximising value and business impact through customer goal setting, pain point analysis, and KPI establishment.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS Customer Success or a related field with a proven track record of customer relationship management.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven commercial ownership and strategic customer retention experience.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to influence decision makers.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and dot-connecting skills.
