The RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team in Sweden. This role involves identifying, engaging, and activating new accounting firm partners to promote our solutions to their clients.
- You'll be responsible for researching and approaching potential partners, building strong relationships, and ensuring they become active referral sources.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, understands the power of partnerships, and is comfortable taking initiative to drive results.
Some key aspects of this role include:
- Researching and approaching potential accounting firms in Sweden.
- Owning the sales process - from initial outreach to closing partnership agreements.
- Activating new partners by educating them on our value proposition and encouraging referrals.
- Building lasting relationships through trust, open communication, and a deep understanding of the industry.
- Developing knowledge in accounting and financial services to better serve and engage partners.
- Collaborating with internal teams to optimize our partner strategy and support lead generation efforts.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A strong background in sales - being persuasive, proactive, and driven to close deals.
- Excellent communication skills - able to listen, present, and tailor your message effectively for diverse audiences.
- A high level of ambition - driven to succeed, competitive, and continually seeking new ways to drive results.
- Courtesy and adaptability - eager to learn about accounting and financial services.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English - confident in engaging with partners and internal stakeholders in these languages.
