Engagement and Partnership Development Manager

TN Sweden is seeking an experienced Engagement and Partnership Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase rider engagement and retention.
- Develop and manage relationships with external partners to drive business growth and improve the rider experience.
- Lead cross-functional teams to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities to optimize rider engagement and partnerships.
- Create and implement projects to enhance the rider experience, including improving communication channels and increasing access to benefits.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in last mile delivery or international teams is a plus.
