About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for overseeing demand planning and fulfillment activities for our Mondelez categories across the Nordics region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the demand management agenda for the category, serving as the primary interface between commercial and supply teams to identify and evaluate potential availability issues and commercial changes.
  • Partner with the modeling team to generate statistical forecasting and drive business decisions.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of demand planning professionals.
  • Review standard consumption versus forecast at the customer and total product levels, collaborating with replenishment and sales revenue planning teams to mitigate potential availability issues.
  • Drive strong linkages with commercial, customer collaboration, modeling, order fulfillment teams, and supply planning, including innovation and equity.
  • Develop and implement continuous capability building in the demand planning team to drive planning improvement.
Requirements
  • Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial, or logistics experience and commercial awareness in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment.
  • Ability to learn new ways of working and adapt to new tools.
  • Experience driving demand review and participation in an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle.
  • Strong influencing skills to drive cross-functional teams and improve business plans.
  • Able to build effective teams and lead by example.
  • Knowledge of leading practice demand planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
