Station Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Station Manager at one of our key clients in Svedala.

As a Station Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our client's facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing the distribution of work assignments, coordinating the preparation and transportation of vehicles, recruiting and supervising vehicle care staff, and handling administrative tasks such as invoicing and payroll.

You will also play a key role in building and maintaining a positive company culture, organizing fun events and internal competitions to boost morale and engagement.

We are looking for a results-driven individual who is self-motivated, able to plan and prioritize tasks effectively, and has a strong customer service focus.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the car care industry and hold a valid B driving license.
