We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to lead the Oreo brand in Sweden and drive growth in the Nordic region.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy for Oreo in Sweden, including market execution and portfolio management.
- Lead the innovation pipeline for Oreo in the Nordic region, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Manage and track the Swedish Oreo marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement annual brand plans, including communications development, media and activation planning, consumer promotions, and market and performance analysis.
- Proven experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and P&L experience.
- Ability to work on new product development and innovation projects.
- Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- A dynamic and fast-paced work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
